Wings is a book that takes us straight back to our childhoods, when dreams became games and games became dreams.
And the children in Wings have a big dream: they want to fly and play at being birds, superheroes, airplanes and rockets.
Inspired by his own memories, Lido searches for the sky in various ways: with a bicycle that rides downhill at full speed, on top of a pear tree from which he jumps with an open umbrella, or by hanging from a very high bamboo tree. Among so many experiments, the most striking was a gift from his uncle, who built a seesaw for the children in the middle of the forest.
